1. Business: Achieve Regional targets by reaching out and tapping the full potential of the targeted customer segment within the specified area. 2. Sourcing: Achieve revenue targets by driving the Sales Officers / Cluster Managers and ensuring that the sales process is followed in letter & spirit (Productivity, Yield, Market Share and compliance to credit policy). 3. Channel Management: Assessment & Appointment of right Dealers & Distributors after thorough screening, activating low performing Dealers and unlocking certain key counters etc. 4. Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement effective marketing activities to improve revenue by enhancing customer experience/retention. 5. Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, mentor and review performance of Sales Officers / Cluster Managers & other support staff.

Experience: 5 to 6 years in LAP / Housing Finance Industry

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify customers for appraisal of the loan proposal 2. Monitoring the activities of the Sales Officers & ensure the Business flow 3. Motivating the sourcing agents & ensure business flow from major sourcing channels 4. Planning & Monitoring monthly & daily marketing activities 5. Monitoring and ensuring the productivity norms of the Sales Officers

Education: Graduates and CA or MBA/PGDM Finance
Experience: 1 to 5 yrs experience in Credit Operations and Credit underwriting. Preference will be given to Banking & NBFC industry
Age Limit: 35 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Application Screening, KYC, and Income documents as collected by SO for login. 2. Initiate legal, valuation, CIBIL, and other verification reports. 3. Interpretation of Credit Bureau Report. 4. Responsible for PDC/NACH replenishment to ensure regular repayment of EMI. 5. Responsible for tracking and collecting all Post Disbursed Documents, including Loan Closure letters on the takeover, Collecting Sale Deeds for new purchases, and sending them to HO.
