Graduate Trainee Program

At Hinduja Housing Finance, we’re dedicated to empowering new talent. Selection Process

1. Eligible candidates are shortlisted by the concern Hiring Managers.

2. Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by HR along with respective RMs

3. Interim employment offer will be issued post submission of the required documents.

Onboarding Process

1. All the graduate trainees will be employed with Hinduja Housing Finance.

2. All the Graduate Trainees will be elevated to the above-mentioned roles post 3- 6 months of assessment

3. Location and posting will be confirmed as per the vacancy across Pan India.
