This Website (www.hindujahousingfinance.com), the mobile application and other related internet based applications (collectively referred to as “website” or “services” or “app” or “platform”) is owned and operated by Hinduja Housing Finance Limited, (hereinafter referred to as “We”, or “Us” or “Our” or “HHF”), a Company incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at No: 27-A, Developed Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai-600032, Tamil Nadu, India.

GENERAL TERMS OF USE

Agreement and Acceptance:

These terms and conditions contained hereinafter ("General Terms of Use”) including the Terms of Service, along with any agreements executed or accepted by you in connection with the Services (defined below) (collectively, “Terms”), shall apply to your (including your nominee or any person acting on your behalf or your co-applicant, if any) ("you”, “your” or “Customer”), access or usage of any financial products or services of HHF and/or any other third party financial institution partner of HHF (“Financial Partner”) through accessing, using, interacting / communicating with the website of HHF and the associated android and iOS mobile application, mobile site or any other medium, (collectively, "Platform") for availing the Services.

This section contains the Terms of Use of our platform. By accessing our website/app or any of its pages, you are agreeing to these Terms.

We, at HHF respect the privacy of everyone who visits our platform and are committed to protecting their personal information.

It is hereby clarified that the term "Users" shall mean any person using the Platform i.e. consumers, regulated entities, data partners and other partners. Your use of this Platform implies that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by the terms & conditions ("Terms & Conditions") stated herein below. These Terms and your activity under these Terms are an electronic record as per the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000 and these Terms being electronically generated by a computer system does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Representations, warranties and undertakings by you:

• You are above 18 years of age, an Indian Citizen OR an Resident of India OR an NRI in accordance with rules framed thereof, and competent to agree to these Terms.
• These Terms impose valid and legally binding obligations on you and are enforceable against you.
• You confirm that you neither have / had any insolvency proceedings against you nor have you ever been adjudicated insolvent by any court or other authority.
• You are not a Politically Exposed Person in terms of the Master Direction - Know Your Customer (KYC) Directions, 2016 ("KYC Directions") issued by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI"), read with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, as amended from time to time.
• You are not restricted by any legal, regulatory, judicial, quasi-judicial or other authority, to access the Portal or avail the Services, including to enter into transactions contemplated using the Services. You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and in accordance with applicable laws.
• Notwithstanding anything contained herein you agree that:
• HHF reserves the right to deny your registration/access as a User and deny Services without assigning any reason whatsoever;
• The information contained in this Website or Platform does not constitute any advice or recommendation with respect to such financial instruments. You understand that the objective is to give you information for making informed decisions and to compare with similar Services. USAGE OF YOUR ACCOUNT

You may create a User Account (“Account” or “User Account”) and provide certain information about yourself to use some of the features of the Services that are offered through the Website or Services. You agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information for using the Services. You are also responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your Account. You agree to notify HHF immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. Submission of Information:While creating your User Account you will be asked to provide certain information, which is mandatory. Also, there will be other details, which you can provide at your discretion. In both cases, we may ask you to provide complete and accurate information about yourself to bolster your credibility. You confirm and warrant to HHF that the details submitted by you are accurate and correct and HHF can rely on it for providing the Services sought by you through the Services.

Communications: If you create a User Account, you agree to receive certain communications in connection with the Website or the Services. By using the Services and/or registering yourself at Services - you authorize HHF, its affiliates, associates, partners to contact you via email or phone call or SMS and offer you their services for the product you have opted for. Irrespective of the fact if also you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service, you still authorize HHF to give you a call from us, our affiliates, associates, partners for the purposes mentioned above. You shall ensure that such calls received by you are pursuant to you providing us with information and you shall not register a compliant with the relevant authorities for the same.

Availability of Website or any Services: HHF’s Website or Services may be modified, updated, interrupted, suspended or discontinued at any time without any notice or liability.

GRANT OF AUTHORITY

HHF may as a result of your interaction with the Services hold and process personal information obtained about you. When you access the Services and provide information the same will be deemed as your authorization to HHF:

By consenting to these Terms, you hereby grant HHF authority, power and also authorize HHF or HHF’s authorized representatives to do all acts on your behalf as may be necessary for the purpose of providing the Services sought by you through the options available in HHF’s Services.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

You do not have the right to use any of HHF’s trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. You do not have the right to copy and use the software, text, images, graphics, video, and audio used on this Services (“Content”). You do not have the right to remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including trademark and copyright notices), which may be affixed to or contained within the Services. You will not copy or transmit any of the Services.

LICENSE AND ACCESS

Any unauthorized use of the Platform shall terminate the permission or revoke the license granted by the Company.

SERVICE SUSPENSION

HHF may stop providing the Services and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to You. Unless HHF informs the User otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to You in these terms will end; and (b) User must stop using the Platform forthwith. HHF reserves the right to suspend or cease providing any Service and shall have no liability or responsibility to the User in any manner whatsoever if it chooses to do so.

INACCURACIES AND SECURITY

While HHF will take reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information at the Website, HHF makes no warranties or representations as to the Website's accuracy. HHF disclaims any and all liability for the accuracy, completeness, or correctness of such information.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Your use of this Platform and any Term & Conditions stated in this agreement is subject to laws of India. In case of any disputes arising out of the use of the Platform, courts of Chennai will have exclusive jurisdiction.

GRIEVANCES
